We normally get 20+ participants and half a dozen tables of stuff at these events, but this year, thanks to an overnight snowstorm that dropped 4 in plus in the area only half a dozen (7 with host) Hams showed up. Pictured are Dennis WAOVJL and Marty AEONR with their door prizes ($1 tickets), an AM-FM-SW portable (made in China – not the best) and a genuine Tinker to Evers to Chance signed regulation baseball. It’s not a fake. Signatures aren’t done with a ballpoint. VJL’s first ticket drew him the Union Pacific calendar which he declined (worked for UP – gets his direct). Prize winners were:
