To All SWIARC Members and Guests:

In last month’s meeting (May 22, 2025), we discussed moving to the fourth Friday at 7 PM. Most members voted for the temporary change, with four members against it.

This discussion aimed to see if it would benefit members and guests who cannot make it on Thursday nights. Examples are those who work third shifts or have Thursdays as their Fridays.

This is nothing permanent yet; it is just a trial run for the rest of the meeting months for 2025. November will be the last meeting month, and we will bring it back up to see if this is working. If so, would we want to keep it for the upcoming years or move it back to the original date?

For those who join via Zoom, the dates have already been adjusted to reflect the fourth Fridays, and I believe Zoom sent an email about the changes.
